The Sirloin Tip Roast is cut from the hindquarters of the cow. It is flavorful, and one of the leanest cuts you can get. It should be braised, stewed, or slowly oven-roasted on a low temperature. The sirloin tip roast can make excellent meat for kabobs, as well.
